This never happened with previous drivers. inf files of the previous drivers, so now the Device Manager started to detect the touch screen as "HID-Compliant Mouse", it worked, and everyone is happy.īut, as it turned out, HID-Compliant Mouse sometimes now disappears from the Device Manager, and the touch screen just stops working with built-in Windows drivers. Previously we used a touch screen driver from the touch screen controller manufacturer (in Device Manager it was seen as "USB Touchscreen Controller"), but for definite reasons, we decided to switch to built-in Windows drivers. So here the solution which helped me, I accidentally bumped into Driver Talent and downloaded it and started updating and missing drivers which were necessary and recommended by Driver Talent and Viola all problem gone. 5:- Manufacturer doesn't providing support or charging a high price to repeat useless steps we already tried. 1:- My touchscreen stopped working after update and HID Compliant Touch Screen Drivers are missing
So I started contacting Microsoft team but they too don't had any answers so I started looking for drivers online but nothing helped.Īnd I came across Q&A across and other sites where various users seem to be facing same problem.
Once it got updated some drivers are missing and some stopped working. Microsoft Technical support team helped me along the way of creation of USB ISO windows 10 device and then fresh installation of Windversion. My desktop update was smooth but due to low storage on Laptab it got complicated and I stuck in Automatic repair blue screen loop. In last 2-3 days I have gone through Windows 2004 update process for my touchscreen Micromax Canvas Laptab LT777W and my Desktop.
